Get Paid

You need to invoice each landlord you work for.  I would suggest invoicing weekly before going monthly as effectively you will be granting the landlord a large credit line without getting to know them!

Download the invoice to send by downloading the invoice here.

Fill in the landlord's name and address, your name and address, the quantities of the services you carried out for the landlord and then state how you would like to get paid on the invoice.  Also give your invoice a number starting with 001.

You can send it via email and request online payment via paypal.  Or you can pop the invoice in the post and request payment by cheque or even cash on collection.  Its up to you.
