3.  Process Order

1.  Send landlord the
Landlord Service Agreement for signature.  Once received then process the order.  You can start working for the landlord without receipt of the contract.  Its up to you but exercise your best judgement.

1a.  Confirm their order in writing if possible.  This could be by email, fax, text or post.  If you are comfortable to rely on voice then this is again up to you.  Exercise your best judgement.
