1.  Get enquiry

Depending on the contact details you supplied us with you will get an enquiry either by:

Telephone

Email

Fax

Skype

The more contact details you supply us with the more likely you are to get an enquiry as not everyone uses every method of contact.

The person enquiring will probably be either:

1.  A landlord who is frustrated with his letting agent

2.  A landlord who is looking for cheaper alternatives

3.  A landlord who no longer wants to manage their portfolio but still wants the rent money paid direct to their bank account.

4.  A prospective landlord looking to see if you could manage a property they are thinking of buying.

It is up to you to use your negotiating and persuading skills to convince the enquiry to use YOU and manage their property or even better their portfolio.  This is stage 2 where you have to convert the enquiry in to an order.
